We are here because everybody needs a home, and we'd like to help you find yours. As an international team living in China we understand your expectations and recognise the problems in the industry. With thousands of new properties inserted daily and continuous improvements to our site, we wish to spend our time on helping you save yours. We know because we've been there, done that, and experienced the process ourselves.
Jipingmi.com (Mandarin for "How many square meters?" or "A few square meters") allows you to search for properties online - or for homeowners to post listings. Our Chinese site, launched in September 2007, currently lists over 6 million listings spanning 27 cities aggregated from over 100 websites across China. We are a growing force for online real estate in China and seek to make house hunting a much more pleasurable experience for everyone.
Having both agent and individual listings we don't aim to be a substitute for agencies but provide a platform for both. Jipingmi's English Website, launched in June this year brings you relevant listings in English and aims to help both long time residents and newcomers to China. Although currently only covering Beijing, the English Website will extend to other cities in China very soon.
